North Fitzroy Arms Hotel is seeking FOH professionals to join the team at our beloved neighbourhood establishment.
ABOUT US:
The North Fitzroy Arms Hotel has earned itself a long overdue facelift - Currently under renovation, the neighbourhood favourite will re-open in March as a moody gastro-pub, under a leading Head Chef and Sommerlier. Rest assured, the pub will retain its heart and soul, with this endearing old building set to return to it's prime.
2024 marks 150 years of the NFA welcoming guests to the back streets of North Fitzroy, and to continue that tradition, we are in search of genuine hospitality professionals whom are kind, friendly, and passionate about the Hotel's new direction.
ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Our FOH positions are accompanied by the support and leadership of our motivated management team with their finger on the pulse of the hospitality scene, allowing you to comfortable contribute to a great dining experience and develop your professional hospitality career.
Position Requirements:
• A friendly and welcoming demeanour
• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality venue
• Beverage and service knowledge, or a strong desire to be trained in this area
• The ability to create memorable interactions with our guests
• Professional communication and listening skills
• A sharp eye for detail
