Form of workWe are a local neighbourhood restaurant and bar with a focus on delivering exceptional food and wine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our food menu changes seasonally and is based on product availability. We are only open 4 nights a week, so would suit a student or someone looking for a 2nd job.
The successful candidate will have:
- Long Term availability, uni student or local
- A minimum of 3 years hospitality experience in a restaurant/bar of similar calibre
- Be able to demonstrate excellent food & beverage knowledge, and also an understanding of wine service
- High calibre of hospitality and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Be well presented at all times, have a great worth ethic and have a proven ability to perform under pressure
- Current RSA Certificate
