Warehouse Admin Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Admin Assistant for a 17,000 square foot warehouse. If you have a passion for organisation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the warehouse manager and liaise effectively with the retail stores.
• Manage incoming calls, handle queries efficiently, and maintain accurate filing systems.
• Coordinate and plan pickups and deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a well-organised and efficient warehouse environment.

Requirements:

• Sound administrative experience, with proficiency in typing and computer skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Energetic and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit
