We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Admin Assistant for a 17,000 square foot warehouse. If you have a passion for organisation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the warehouse manager and liaise effectively with the retail stores.
- Manage incoming calls, handle queries efficiently, and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Coordinate and plan pickups and deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a well-organised and efficient warehouse environment.
- Sound administrative experience, with proficiency in typing and computer skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Energetic and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit
- Opportunity to lead a key function of a busy furniture retail business.
- No Sundays or late nights: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with one weekday off.
- Wages $30-35 per hour, depending on experience.
