AddressWe are currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our growing business within our Athol Park facility on a part-time basis (approx. 25-30pw).
You will form part of a small team to assist in the administrative requirements of the warehouse. This will include tasks such as organising pickups with freight companies, management of warehouse paperwork such as picking slips, delivery dockets, and connotes, receipting stock and purchasing.
Duties will include but not limited:
- Data entry and processing of orders
- Transport bookings & assisting with driver’s paperwork.
- Participating in stocktake.
- Assist with Container scheduling.
- Reconciling Chep/Loscam pallets
- Assist with receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods.
Experience
- Sound computer skills – ERP inventory system and MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be proactive.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to work within a fast past warehouse.
- High attention-to-detail
- A friendly and professional personality
