We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Manufacturing and Warehouse Assistant/Forklift operator to join our friendly and expanding team in Stapylton QLD.
The Role:
Reports to the Warehouse Manager the key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- As a part of the team assemble & manufacture of Safety Products (Ezy Rail, Stair Nosing, Height Bars) and use the products efficiently to minimize waste. Have experience various pneumatic and power tools.
- Able to take work instructions from the managers on day todays work flow and adhering to SafetyXpress workflow processes.
- Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
- Adhere to everyday housekeeping tasks, such as keeping the work space and facility clean and tidy.
- Report on issues and consistently work to improve processes.
- Packing and shipping orders to customers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain a safe workspace and always adhere to the Company OH&S requirements at all times.
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Team Player
- Current forklift license (Mandatory).
- Must have experience using tools
- Problem solving skills.
- Communicate well with others.

- Ability to cope with the physical demands of the job.

- Basic to medium Computer skills
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised.

Nice to have:
- Technical / trade skills and certifications advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge and experience working with safety products and advantage but not necessary.
