AddressGoing Up, one of the largest independent Australian owned and operated elevator companies, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Attendant to join our team. We specialize in manufacturing, installing, servicing, and modernizing lifts along the east coast of Australia. The Role
We are looking for a part time Warehouse Attendant.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials, supplies, and equipment in the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate and timely inventory management by maintaining records and conducting regular stock checks.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials from delivery trucks using appropriate equipment and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill internal material requests and ensure timely availability of supplies.
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of received and dispatched materials.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Competent computer skills; proficiency in using inventory management software is a plus.
- Commitment to following safe work practices and adhering to all company safety regulations and guidelines.
- Valid forklift certification is desirable but not required.
