Warehouse/ Field Service Technicians

As a Warehouse/Field Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in both warehouse production and Field Service operations. Your responsibilities include testing and maintaining lifting equipment, mobilising to customer sites and ensuring safety protocols. In addition, you'll contribute to manufacturing operations, operating equipment, participating in assembly and pick-packing products for timely delivery, located in Townsville.

Description
Overall, the key areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to):
Field Service Technician

• Conducting thorough assessments of Lifting Equipment through both on-site and off-site inspections
• Performing upkeep and service repairs on a variety of products.
• Mobilising to customer sites on a rotational basis (DIDO or FIFO) as needed.
• Dedication to upholding 100% safety standards for both personal and business environments
• Engaging with the support team to foster smooth communication and efficiently address issues
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences, prioritising client satisfaction and building lasting loyalty.

Warehouse Production Technician

• Utilising hydraulic press, chain cutter, and various testing tools for operational tasks.
• Inspecting and assembling lifting gear with precision.
• Manufacturing and testing chain and wire rope slings.
• Fulfilling customer orders through efficient product pick-packing processes.

Profile
To be considered for this role you will have/ be:

• Automotive/ mechanical experience is a must.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/stores/warehousing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in warehouse pick-and-pack operations
• Familiar with the lifting, rigging, or safety industry is advantageous.
• Forklift, Dogger/ Rigger, Working at Heights and Construction Card (white or blue) are all highly advantageous.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Experience in warehouse pick packing is a necessary.
• Must have full Australian working rights.
• Knowledge in lifting, rigging or safety industry is advantageous.
• Being able to work at time at heights and physically demanding environments.

Job Offer
