Due to rapid growth we are looking for a Warehouse Inventory Team Lead to join our team based in our Rosebery warehouse.
Full time position, Salary $75,000 - $80,000 p.a
Responsibilities;
- Liaising with third party logistics companies and any White Fox team for delivery inbound freight - both sea and air
- Distinguishing whether containers can be unpacked by our logistics company (First Logistics) or delivered as an unopened container to one of our warehouses for the team to unpack
- Organize and coordinate the pick up of containers once they have been emptied onsite
- Dealing with any logistics issues day to day through assessing the evolving situation and the needs of the team
- Planning out incoming shipments efficiently so as to maximize space and storage of processed stock
- Leading and supervising team’s to ensure tasks are completed in the most efficient way possible
- Unpacking containers and processing stock
Requirements
- A minimum 2 years experience in people management and or warehousing/logistical background
- Outstanding leadership, organisational, multitasking and problem solving skills
- Ability to work on your feet all day and able to occasionally lift weights up to 20kg+
- Eager to work in a high paced environment
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Must be fluent in reading & writing English
- Energetic & self motivated
- Comprehensive computer & excel skills
