We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Online Assistant to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and picking/packing the online orders. 

About the role

The position is full-time and perfect for an experienced warehouse assistant with a passion for homemade food and beverages.  

Your role will include:

• Printing daily online orders.
• Picking and packing online orders.
• Receiving stock and labelling.  
• General warehouse duties.
• Responsible for stock replenishment to picking locations.
• Rotating and annual stock takes.  
• Daily order manifest with Australia Post.
• Working closely with the Online Retail Assistant.  
• Working closely with the store retail team. 
• Obtaining shipping quotes with freight companies.
• Assist with retail enquiries as required.  

About you:

• Previous experience in a warehouse.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working in a small team environment. 
• Must have forklift license.
• Previous experience picking and packing online orders. 
• Procedure orientated.
• Solid OH&S knowledge and practices.  
• High level of accuracy and attention to details. 
• Stong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High initiative and able to work autonomously.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Right first-time approach.  
• Effective time management and ability to prioritise.  
• Manual handling required.
• Able to physical perform the duties required.  
• Willing to assist with customer service and retail sales as required.
