Warehouse Operations

Australian owned freight forwarder, located in Botany is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Coordinator to be part of the operations team - previous experience in freight forwarding Warehouse Operations would be advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing & expediting of orders
• Updating and maintenance of inhouse CRM system - CargoWise 1
• Receipting of inward stock
• Communication with warehouse customers
• Booking of transport and quoting clients
• General warehouse duties - including checking of orders, stocktakes and cycle counts
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment

 Role Requirements:

• Prior freight forwarding Warehouse Operations experience would be advantageous
• Previous experience in use of CRM/WMS system, preferable CargoWise highly desirable
• Data processing experience
• Reporting skills
• Ability to work in fast paced team environment
• Experience in analysing information and dealing with complexity
• Adaptable and wiling to work autonomously
