SalaryMetro Workforce are currently looking to fill multiple ongoing Warehouse Operator positions within the Aldi Distribution Centre located in Jandakot with the view to go permanent after 3 months. These positions will see you working within the order picking teams throughout different areas of the DC.
Each day you will be working with heavy machinery (Electric Pallet Jacks & or Forklifts) & voice picking software to pick the orders to go out directly to their Aldi stores. 8-10 Shifts per fortnight and shifts around 6 hours plus per day and growing coming into the busier times of the year.
Current Positions:-
- Ambient Selections Area - 6am Starts
- Specials Selections Area - 5am Starts (Forklift License Needed)
Don't have Warehousing Experience but have a great attitude, are reliable & available to be rostered any days of the week between Monday to Sunday?

Because these roles can be physically challenging, we need Operators that are able to remain productive and energetic through out their shift. Picker's will be responsible for:
- Providing accurate and prompt picking, receiving and dispatching of goods
- Managing orders
- Controlling stock levels
- Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Working within a team environment
Selection Criteria:
- Available to Work any days of the week between Monday to Sunday
- Have a Forklift License or Willing to get within 3 months of starting?
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Confident and engaging communication skills
- Great Attitude and Want to Succeed
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Must be able to PASS Full Medical plus D&A Test
