Warehouse person/ Delivery Driver

$30-$35/ hour depending on experience + Super 

About the job 

We are looking for a reliable, honest, and punctual Store person/Delivery Driver to assist our supervisor with the day to day running of the warehouse and delivering to our team out on sites. The ideal candidate will be well presented, good with both verbal and written communication, have a sound knowledge of the Brisbane and surrounding areas.

Qualifications & experience

• Experience as a Store person/deliveries would be an advantage
• Knowledge of Brisbane and surrounding suburbs would be an advantage
• Current “C” Class driver’s license – essential
• Strong sense of self-motivation and enthusiasm with a high work ethic and 'can do' attitude
• Be punctual, reliable, honest, and always act with integrity
• Forklift experience desirable, but not essential 
• Must be eligible to work in Australia 

Tasks & responsibilities

• Be autonomous when working in both the warehouse and while on the road. 
• Receiving and dispatching goods.
• Loading, transporting & delivering items to our painters/customer s in a safe, timely manner.
• Ensuring all deliveries are carried out in a cost-effective manner.  
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure they are complete.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles
• General stores duties / housekeeping.
