Our client, a family-owned business since the '80s, is a leading distributor in the electrical industry. They're experts in their field, offering quality product solutions to clients across Australia. THE ROLE

You will be a key player, the link between the production and warehouse teams - the go-to person to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist with picking orders when required.
• Assist with container put-aways and replenish stock when required.
• Assemble components and products following specs and quality standards.
• Use various hand tools and machinery during assembly.
• Pay close attention to detail to make sure our products are top-notch.
• Always put safety first, following all safety rules.
• Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement.
• Team up with your colleagues to meet production goals and deadlines.

ABOUT YOU

You're not afraid of a hard day's work, thrive in a team environment and great at multitasking.

To be successful, you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A valid Forklift License and previous experience operating.
• Not afraid of a hard day’s work - willing to work 10-hour days (standard 8-hour days with 2 hours of expected overtime).
• Comfortable using power tools (training provided, some prior experience preferred).
• A positive attitude and a real team player.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety.
• You take initiative and ownership of tasks.
• Able to handle tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Great Attention to detail and you take pride in your work.
