AddressThats So Fetch is a fast-growing Australian-based online fashion brand. We are seeking a reliable and organised Returns Assistant to join our team in our distribution warehouse. As a Returns Assistant, you will be responsible for processing and managing customer returns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that our online women's fast fashion company maintains its high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing returned items from customers, checking the condition of the products, and verifying the reason for the return.
- Occasionally processing refunds or exchanges for returned items and ensuring that the customer is notified of the outcome.
- Identifying any quality control issues with returned items and escalating to the appropriate team member.
- Ensuring that returned items are processed and restocked in a timely manner, and that inventory is updated accordingly.
- Communicating with customer service team members to address any questions or concerns related to their return.
- Maintaining accurate records of returns and exchanges in our inventory management system.
- Collaborating with other departments in the warehouse, such as customer service and pick packing, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as required.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
- Previous experience in a returns processing role in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and or The Google Workspace and inventory management systems such as shopify.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and punctuality is essential
