About Our Role:
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and maintaining our high standards of customer service. Operating Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm, your responsibilities will include:
- Utilising forklifts and packing machinery to accurately pick and pack orders.
- Supporting the customer service team with stock inquiries.
- Checking orders prior to dispatch and overseeing goods receipt to minimise damage.
- Participating in regular inventory counts and performing general warehouse duties.
- Upholding a strong focus on Health and Safety to foster a Zero Harm Workplace.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A current Forklift Licence and Drivers Licence.
- Be physically capable and fit to complete the inherent requirements of the role.
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in keyboard skills (experience with SAP/WHM is advantageous).
- A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
