We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Warehouse Store Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of activities including picking, packing, dispatching orders, and handling various warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities in this pivotal and exciting role will include:
- Picking, packing, and dispatching all sales orders efficiently and accurately.
- Processing and dispatching airfreight orders.
- Manual handling tasks, adhering to safety protocols.
- Operating forklifts—requires a valid forklift license.
- Processing and organising stock, ensuring proper stock placement and accessibility.
- General administrative tasks including managing emails and handling phone calls.
- Loading and unloading containers, spare parts, and machinery.
- Assisting in the loading and unloading of freight and pallets on and off trucks.
- Promptly responding to and managing all warehouse enquiries.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Utilizing RF scanning tools and technology in daily operations.
- Coordinating daily with technicians regarding all requirements for spare parts.
- Managing stock replenishments as needed.
- Participating in stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Processing customer returns efficiently.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse and yard areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in handling general administrative duties.
- Forklift license is mandatory.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or a related field is preferred.
