What’s our secret sauce?
We do things differently by living our values:
- Super service — We don't believe in the word 'unfortunately'. So much so that we went ahead and completely removed it from our vocabulary. Instead of backing into the easy way out, we step up and find solid solutions.
- Great people — our team of TAXIBOXERS are committed and take pride in both what they do and are strong brand advocates. We also have very long standing team members with very low staff turnover compared with industry averages.
- Smart tech — Behind every TAXIBOX delivery is an army of bots that just make everything work better, smarter and much more efficiently. We won't bore you with the details… but trust us, it works. Well.
Our values shine through all of the TAXIBOX Team, resulting in countless positive reviews online. TAXIBOX scores 4.8 out of 5 on Trustpilot for service - an industry leading score - and it's something we're exceptionally proud of.
The successful applicant will be someone who fits with our DNA:
- You'll be interacting with our customers and are the face of our company - this means we are looking for friendly individuals that are willing to deal with the general public

- You'll be reliable and contribute to a positive team environment.
