The Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our close knit team in Hemmant. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy in all activities.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
• Identifying resolving any unsafe conditions within the warehouse
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment, inside and out
• Loading and unloading trucks, shipping containers, and other vehicles
• Reporting any damage to stock, equipment, or the building
• Conducting regular stock takes and record counts accurately
• Assist with deliveries when required, ensuring safe and courteous driving.

Key Criteria
• Valid driver's license and current forklift license.
• Proven Warehouse Supervisory experience.
• Physically able to manage the demands of the role.
• Previous experience in a high-performing warehouse team.
• Ability to work unsupervised and make effective decisions.
• Demonstrated experience in resolving safety issues.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and numerical skills.
• Previous experience with safe storage and handling of chemicals desirable.
• Certificate III in Warehousing & Distribution desirable.
