- Collaborate with the distribution team to execute the shipping and receiving processes efficiently.
- Accurately pick and pack medical device products according to order specifications, including all urgent service requests.
- Ensure the accurate labeling, documentation, and verification of shipments for distribution.
- Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to compliance guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the distribution process.
- Assist with resolving any discrepancies or issues related to orders, inventory, or shipments.
- Comply with all safety regulations and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- No experience in a warehouse or logistics environment required.
- Positive team player with quick learning abilities and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly grasp basic systems.
