Job Description:Warehouse / Workshop Coordinator at Netco Pumps Pty Ltd.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our team as a Warehouse / Workshop Coordinator. This is a dynamic role varying from packing orders, to organising pump system builds, to generally overseeing the daily operations in the workshop. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day to day operations through the workshop, and ensuring it is kept clean and orderly. Your ability to work under pressure, prioritise, communicate effectively, and pay attention to detail will be essential. Some parts of this role are also customer facing, so your customer service skills and presentation will be important. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate goods incoming and outgoing including:
    • Booking freight (state, and nationwide)
    • Updating job management system
    • Liaising with internal staff and customers 
    • Unloading and loading delivery vehicles 
    • Deliveries and collections where required.
  2. Organising job lotting for project jobs
  3. Coordinating the manufacturing of small pump packages 
  4. Purchasing of workshop consumables 
  5. Completing monthly and annual stocktakes
  6. Ensuring equipment is maintained and serviced as required
  7. Ensure the warehouse, workshop and yard are kept clean, tidy, and organised
  8. Monitoring and organisation of garbage and scrap metal collections
  9. Performing other general duties, trade assistant tasks, and assistance of project and service teams as required

Qualifications & Skills:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient use of computers and job management programs

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Work to a high standard with quality and presentation of goods 

- Car and Forklift Licence are essential
