Job description

In this varied position you will primarily be in the warehouse - receiving, checking and unloading inward goods and operating a Forklift.  Additionally, you will assist in internal sales extending quality customer service to our customers when required.

About the Role

Working Monday to Friday, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate that they enjoy working a fast-paced environment and within a team of people who focus on ensuring our customers and staff receive quality and efficient service.

Location

This position will be based at our Burton branch.

Responsibilities include:
  • Manual handling
  • Receiving and dispatching stock
  • Picking and packing of customer orders
  • General warehousing duties including checking and unloading inwards goods
  • Serving and advising customers at the sales counter (if required)
  • Assisting with stock counts
  • Site deliveries (if required)
  • Moderate level computer operation
  • Operation of a Forklift 
  • Maintaining a tidy workplace
About You
