Sumo energy is a fast growing 100% Australian owned and operated energy retailer our company that’s has a fun culture, built around success and recognizing the value of its exceptional staff. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our outbound sales team in our Melbourne office.
Working Hours and Compensation:
• 55,000 base salary
• Monday to Friday (no weekend work).
• Typical working hours: 10am to 7:00 pm
• On Target Earnings (OTE) range: $120,000 - $140,000+ annually, including monthly bonuses based on achieving or exceeding targets.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in sales or appointment setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
