We are looking for a Supervisor to join our dedicated team at the Wangaratta Organic Processing Facility. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our organics facility, promoting sustainability, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

What You'll Do:
- Lead by example to ensure operational excellence, even during challenging situations.
- Take proactive measures to maintain the purity and quality of organic materials.
- Operate and oversee the maintenance of plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and adhere to composting standards, ensuring compliance with EPA regulations.
- Monitor materials, maintain accurate records, and report on activities as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to our team, fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and contractors, building strong relationships.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in waste management and Organics operations, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of EPA requirements and best practices in composting operations.
- Proficiency in operating heavy earthmoving equipment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on teamwork.
- Basic computer skills and a valid heavy rigid driver's license.
