Join Our Passionate Team as a Watch Specialist at Chopard Australia!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Performance:

  • Drive the sales of Gent's watches, jewelry, and high jewelry by identifying client needs and providing expert recommendations.
  • Proactively expand the client database by converting walk-ins and engaging potential customers outside the boutique environment.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering personalised services that align with the Chopard luxury experience.
  • Organize and manage private consultations and viewings for VIP clients.

3. Product Expertise:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of L.U.C models and other prominent watch collections.
  • Provide expert advice on high-value and complicated watch queries.
  • Ensure the product display and boutique presentation adhere to Chopard’s visual merchandising standards.

4. Event Management:

  • Participate in and support the organization of boutique events such as Watch Masterclasses, Watch & Wonders launches, and High Jewelry & Watches events.
  • Engage with clients during these events to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.

5. Training and Development:

  • Train and support sales associates in developing their technical knowledge of watches.
  • Assist in the delivery of wholesale brand training programs.

6. Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee daily operations within the boutique to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Adhere to security guidelines as per the Boutique Charter and Insurance Handbook.

REQUIREMENTS 

Education:

  • Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Proficient with MS Office.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in watch sales.

Specific Knowledge: 

  • Deep technical knowledge of watches.
  • Experience in managing high-value customer interactions and transactions.

Personality: 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High passion for client service and an ability to engage positively with customers.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and able to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
  • Positive outlook and ability to think strategically
