Plumber Labourer

Package Value $72,440.45 per annum

The Position

The primary role of this position is to carry out labouring duties associated with water or sewerage asset maintenance and construction, and is responsible to Council Supervisors for all works undertaken, and to operate plant equipment in a competent and safe manner.   

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in general maintenance duties
• Current “C” class Drivers’ License 
• Proven ability to operate a range of minor plant and hand tools associated with maintenance works
• Be physically capable of performing heavy manual tasks
• Construction Induction (White) Card 

Remuneration 

This positon will receive an annual wage of $72,440.45 inclusive of all allowances and leave loading, depending on qualifications and experience.

This position will receive: 

• 5 weeks’ annual leave including leave loading of 17.5%
• 15 days’ sick leave
• 9 Day fortnights
• Superannuation of up to 12% of salary available upon commencement
