Reporting to the Office Manager and Restoration Supervisor, you will provide restoration services to clients whose properties have been damaged by water. Undertaking inspections and assessments, you will also be responsible for drying Water Damaged properties, collecting details for written reports, and cleaning and re-laying carpet. Our clients include residential, commercial, and corporate, and great customer service is at the forefront of our business.

To be success at this role, you must be switched-on, a fast learner and have excellent attention to detail.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Attend Water Damage Restoration & mould remediation jobs to deliver an excellent experience to people who need our help with their Water Damaged properties
• Perform all areas of mitigation & restoration works as required, including equipment installation & monitoring
• Liaise with internal office staff & external clients
• Prepare & present damage, inspection & inventory list reports for insurers
• Complete all necessary job documentation, including electronic reporting
• Travel around Adelaide (work vehicle provided)
• Most work will be between 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday 
• Get paid extra with an on-call allowance if you're available to work after hours and weekends for emergency call-outs

Skills & Experience:

• Desire to go above & beyond to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team
• Kind and honest nature with a good work ethic
• Drivers licence
• White Card, IICRC qualification or trade experience is not necessary but highly regarded
• National Police check (or willing to obtain)
• Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• Trade experience or experience in a similar role is highly regarded but it is not essential as we are willing to train the person who is the right fit for our company.

Remuneration will be dependent on your experience and your ability to deliver exceptional work.
