Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Water Meter Reader to join the team. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately read and record water meter data from residential and/or commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to assigned locations to read water meters
Record meter readings accurately using provided equipment
Report any irregularities or malfunctions in meters
Maintain and update records of meter readings
Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned routes
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to walk long distances and work in various weather conditions
Attention to detail and accuracy in recording data
Basic computer skills for data entry
Good communication skills
