Position - Water Treatment Service Technician

OLEOLOGY is looking for 2 Water Treatment Service Technicians to join our Brisbane team.

Must be based in Brisbane and have the authority to work full-time in Australia.

• Experience in the water treatment or chemical field would be advantageous but is not required as we will provide full training in the technical areas of the business.  A reasonable level of fitness is necessary as there is some lifting and climbing involved.  A competitive salary package & vehicle will be offered, depending on experience and qualifications.

Tasks

• On-site water analysis, mentoring, reports, problem-solving and inventory management. 
• Responsible for carrying out scheduled and unscheduled service calls for industrial water treatment systems. 
• Maintain existing equipment and dosing controllers with customers throughout the state. 
• Deal directly with customers to recommend upgrades or changes to their current plant. 
• Providing breakdown service and repairs to water treatment equipment and plants. 
• Provide technical advice on steam plant, cooling water, pre-treatment & wastewater treatment systems.  
• Maintain quality records and compliance documentation as required by management. 
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
