The Role
We have a vacancy for a Water Treatment Specialist to join our NSW team. You will be based in Lithgow region and will travel to various client sites.
Reporting to the Area Manager, key duties and responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain customer accounts through sales and service
- Sampling and chemical analysis of water samples
- Identifying requirements or improvements in treatment and providing practical solutions
- Strong OH&S focus
Skills and Requirements
As the successful candidate, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Science based Tertiary Qualifications or a related discipline or demonstrated experience in industrial services
- Ability to work independently with strong practical problem-solving skills, particularly in respect to laboratory work, process optimisation and equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- High-level competency in data analysis and preparation of technical reports
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Willingness to perform work in industrial environments
- Experience or willingness to undertake training in chemical handling and process control
