Waterproofer

The steady growth in the Plexxcon Remedial division has brought about the need to bring on another experienced Waterproofer within the team. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic person who is eager progress their career with support working directly under the Remedial Supervisor and with close support from the Plexxcon Remedial Manager.  

About the role 

• Work on a variety of projects across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane region
• Mix of Body Corporate and Commercial / Industrial projects
• Create close relationships with our key suppliers 
• Use new and cutting edge products - some never used before in Australia 
• Provide support and mentoring to our up and coming skilled labour 
• Career progression to supervisory roles and beyond

About you 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the remedial waterproofing and concrete remediation industry or similar
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and with a range of different stakeholders
• Team player with a 'can do' attitude 

Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of 2 years experience in the remedial sector  
• Good eye for detail
• Experience in waterproofing, both external and internal.
• Experience in concrete remediation highly regarded.
• Experience with epoxy flooring highly regarded.
• Experience with sheet membranes highly regarded. 
• Knowledge of waterproofing codes and standards
• Current driver’s license
