The Air Store is Ford & Doonan’s online store selling air conditioning and components to the retail, trade, and wholesale markets. Established in 2016 the store has seen tremendous growth over the years, and we have now begun growing our audience throughout Australia.
We are currently seeking an experienced Web administrator with aspirations for growth, innovation, and positive outcomes.
The Role
The purpose of this role is to support the IT & marketing departments with web administrative tasks for our e-commerce website, manage ongoing operations and identify and implement continual improvements.
• Monitors website analytics and create reports to track website performance.
• Able to create, maintain and troubleshoot Airstore website in collaboration with the IT and marketing teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Liaise with other staff to ensure the website aligns with overall marketing strategies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Manage website content, including creating, editing and publishing web pages and multimedia content.
• Installing and downloading appropriate software
• Assess website functionality to identify areas for improvement, adapt existing programs to meet users’ requirements.
• Analysis and reporting on retail e-commerce activities and sales.
• Assisting in the maintenance of product information in multiple systems and preparing products for online sales.
• Assisting with product management, uploads, and e-commence operations; including resizing, cropping, descriptions, tagging, and SEO optimization.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
About You
• Intermediate computer skills – Canva, Word, Excel, and Office 365
• Outstanding communication skills and a passion for providing five-star customer service
• Able to examine software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
• Ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment
• You can identify opportunities to optimise the improvement of customer experience.
• A strategic thinker with a passion for solving issues.
• You possess a high level of attention to detail, especially regarding proofing copy and possessing strong capabilities in managing and prioritising multiple projects simultaneously.
