We are looking for an experienced software developer to develop exceptional Web Applications for the education market.
This full-time contract position, located in-house at our Buderim office, provides an opportunity to work with the rest of the production team to deliver outstanding results.
The ideal candidate will:
- be an expert in PHP, with a good understanding of MVC frameworks, OOP and inheritance
- have strong experience with Javascript and jQuery
- know HTML and CSS inside and out, and have a good understanding of what's available in HTML5 and CSS3
- be able to turn any static design into a fully-compliant HTML and CSS-based layout
- be confident with MySQL
- have experience with Git or other version control software
- have a strong belief in building the best systems you possibly can, accessible by all
- be a good communicator, not afraid to speak your mind, and can give and take constructive criticism
- be a quick learner and keen to hit the ground running
- knowledge of full LAMP stack would be handy (but not essential).
The salary will be commensurate with experience.
