Web Design And Development Manager - Flexible Work Arrangement

IP Australia’s corporate plan focuses on delivering new and improved stakeholder centric, digitally driven solutions. In support of this the Web Design and Development Manager is responsible for the managing the intranet, corporate manuals and communication platforms including but not limited to, technical and design decisions, tooling, productivity, ways of working and quality control.

This role works collaboratively with subject matter experts and content writers to produce high-quality outcomes for internal or external stakeholders.

The role sits within the Web, Multimedia and Design team and supports the broader Communication team in delivering communication campaign activities by providing technical and design support for web platforms and supports the entire agency in the delivery of its objectives.

Position duties

• Manage the Intranet and Corporate Manuals in SharePoint Online including design, information architecture, administration and support 
• Manage Power Automate workflows to improve efficiencies for publishing content and approvals
• Manage various communication web platforms and stay on top of latest releases and enhancements
• Contribute ideas towards projects and work independently or as part of a team to find solutions on various problems
• Work with third-party suppliers to deliver small and large projects including but not limited to; maintenance and releases for platforms
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide technical advice and support for a range of web platforms
• Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with a broad range of people, across all levels, and articulate rationale for decisions
