Marketing Sweet is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our rapidly growing team as a Web Hosting Specialist. Our organisation’s rapid expansion has seen our team grow from strength to strength, and with over 95 talented staff members working across 7 specialist departments, our requirement for more talent is growing.

In this role, you’ll be an essential point of contact for our clients and co-workers regarding Hosting and Managing a large collection of WordPress websites, Domains, DNS and Google Workspace Emails.

Think you're the ultimate skilled Web Hosting Specialist? Here's what the role involves:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email
• Help explain technical issues to co-workers and answer their questions
• Troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues
• Diagnose and resolve server configuration issues
• Help customers with WordPress problems, including plugins, themes, and updates
• Assist customers with Domain name issues and DNS
• Document solutions to technical problems and follow checklists
• Stay up-to-date on the latest hosting technologies

To join our awesome team, you'll need:

• Experience in technical support or a related field (IT Level 2 equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, plugins and themes
• Strong knowledge of WHM / cPanel
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace
• Strong knowledge of Domain Names and DNS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify potential issues, problem-solve and think critically
• A positive, proactive and helpful attitude
• A willingness to learn new things

Advantageous if you:

• Have customer service experience, where you have liaised with clients and third-party companies alike
• Are a problem-solving whiz with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Are eager to learn and grow your tech skills.
