AddressEstablished in 2009, Confetti & Co are a team of highly skilled wedding planners and stylists. Headed by Sarah & Holly, we style, plan, coordinate and create unique events for couples. We love pushing the boundaries, and carefully execute each event with the same attention to detail and perfection that we are renowned for. We have a strong focus on client relationships, and continually strive for excellence in our field.
We are currently seeking a team member with relevant significant experience to fill the position of Wedding Planner and Stylist.
Responsibilities and tasks include, but aren’t limited to:
· High level client contact from post contract stage through to on-the-day coordination
· Management of the planning and logistics of each event
· Creation of design boards, floorplans, run sheets and styling concepts
· On the day coordination of vendors, suppliers, bridal party, and guests
· Management of event budget and financials
· Conducting site meetings and event planning meetings with clients, vendors, and suppliers
· Overseeing the design and setup of the ceremony & reception venue – and assist with setup when required
· Ensuring event planning timeline and delivery is adhered to – both for clients and suppliers
About You
· Ability to work outside of normal working hours and on weekends for weddings, site inspections and client meetings
· Confident and capable, with the ability to hit the ground running
· High level of communication and teamwork skills
· Strong attention to detail is essential
· A strong emphasis on delivering incredible customer service and events
· Microsoft Office & Outlook knowledge & skills
· Confidence under pressure and flexibility in resolving issues
· Own car/phone required (laptop supplied)
· Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, although not essential
Working in the wedding/events industry is extremely fun and rewarding, but also requires you to be able to work under pressure, and often there are some manual labour tasks required.
