APCO is a well-established, Australian owned independent petrol, convenience, café and grocery retailer.
With our Store in Alfredton, Ballarat now open and booming, we are excited to add to our dynamic team with an experienced weekend Dinner Cook.
This position requires an energetic and team focused candidate who possess prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen/café environment. Barista making, cleaning and prep work are all essential requirements of this position - where delicious food, great coffee and exceptional customer service are always on offer!
At APCO Alfredton, our focus is on providing fresh quality food and coffee, groceries and fuel to all customers and the Ballarat and surrounding community and to achieve this we need like-minded team members who are as passionate about this as we are!

Other requirements we are seeking include but are not limited to:
- Previous experience in Hospitality and Kitchen/Cafes including barista skills and cooking and food preparation essential;
- Ability to work in fast paced environment offering prompt and reliable service;
- Maturity, trustworthiness and honesty;
- Accuracy relating to cash transactions;
- Relevant food handling qualifications and an understanding of all food safety and hygiene requirements desirable;
- Excellent communication and presentation;
- Creativity to inspire customers through Store presentation, merchandising and stock management;
- Ability to delight our customers with amazing customer service;
- Maintaining optimal Store cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
