We are currently seeking a Welder (First Class) to join our team in Western Australia.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience working with a dynamic, supportive commercial and operations team running several high-value projects.
This role will report to the Fabrication Manager.
As the ADENCO Welder (First Class) your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
1. Commitment to a "No Harm Culture" and "Lost Time Injury" free workplace.
2. Safe Delivery of all aspects of the projects you work on.
3. Fitting and welding of steel piping items.
4. Examine welds for suitability to project specifications and relevant Australian standards.
5. Must be able to read fabrication drawings and work on own initiative.
6. Ensure the profitability of the project is in line with the Company's Expectations.
Whilst welding experience is of importance to us, to be considered for our talent pool and future positions, you will:
- Have the right to work in Australia,
- Be Tertiary Qualified,
- Willing to work as part of a dynamic, dedicated team,
- Written and verbal communication skills are essential
Preferred candidates will have:
- Forklift ticket
- Overhead crane ticket
