The opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Welder and Fabricators to become key members of manufacturing teams in regional NSW. You'll be tasked with fabrication duties ranging from mig welding to advanced production work (based on the individual's abilities and experience), showcasing your expertise while also contributing to the growth and success of the local industry. 

• A proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in fabrication and welding
• Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics and manufacturing structural steel fabrications
• A commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
• An enthusiastic approach to challenging and engaging work
• A desire to contribute positively to a team and mentor apprentices

• Certification in Engineering - Fabrication (Cert III or higher)
• Strong experience in mechanical fitting, ideally in a manufacturing or food processing environment
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
• A proactive learner, open to embracing new technologies
• Valid driver's license; additional certifications like forklift license preferred
