As a family owned and run business, ANT International is committed to providing our customers with the highest levels of service. Starting as a foundry business in 1985 before expanding into earthmoving attachment fabrication, we have been supplying major bucket manufacturers and machine dealers since 1999.

We are currently looking for Welders/Metal Fabricators with strong heavy fabrication experience to join our team in Rocklea.

To be considered for the above position, it is essential that you possess relevant qualifications and 3+ years proven experience in a similar position.

You must also:

• Be able to read, interpret mechanical drawings, profile cut, fabricate and complete final assembly according to drawings provided
• Work with our engineer to build attachments, complete urgent orders / assembly and after sales repairs.
• Be easy going, punctual and reliable.
• Be able to work efficiently and independently without supervision in a small operation.
• Be willing to assist co-workers on other tasks on request, and produce qualified product at a timely manner.

You will preferably have long term manufacturing experience in the excavator attachments sector. Experience with hydraulic components and profile cutting will be beneficial.

The successful candidate will be offered a full time permanent position after a successful 6 month trial period.

A remuneration between $70,000 - $93,600 plus entitlement will be offered to the successful applicant.

We are also looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team.

Applicants must hold a relevant qualification and have 3 years' experience in a similar role.

Duties and responsibilities may include:

• Design and drafting of earthmoving attachments from 3D Solid creation to engineering drawing produced. Must be proficient in using SolidWorks 2023.
• Communicate with customers regarding product design requirements and technical trouble shooting when required.
• Design adjustments on existing products.
• Maintenance of existing product design.
• Assist with production and office administration.

Sponsorship may be available to the right candidate.

A remuneration package of $70,000 - $80,000 plus entitlement will be offered to the successful candidate.
