We have a high-performance culture that embraces diversity and rewards quality work.To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a Well Operations Superintendent to join our team.The Role: Reporting to the Manager Well Operations, the purpose of the role is to lead and manage well delivery field operations, providing support and coaching to the operations team to safely deliver the Arrow Wells ambition.In addition, you will:
Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
Support safe and efficient operation of the Drilling and C&WI units by providing onsite advice, assisting in maintaining flawless supply chain, ensuring high focus on operational performance and assurance.
Actively participate in the process for continual improvement and standardisation of well designs to improve safety, quality and technical performance.
Assist the Well Operation Supervisors in performance management of their rigs and other day to day activities by providing onsite assistance and advice during critical activities and by acting as a focal point for operations, performance and HSE for the Wells Team in both regions.
Represent the Well Operations function in the field by participating in the relevant field leadership meetings, stakeholder management and other activities.
Coach and mentor Well Operation Supervisors by setting clear expectations and providing feedback for their performance on the regular basis.
About YouYou will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity. To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
Specific petroleum/drilling engineering qualifications.
Experience in onshore drilling / work over operations.
Industry training in areas of drilling/production technology, HSE and contracts management.
Sound understanding of Legislative and industry standards.
Recent exposure to Australia oil and gas operations.
