Wellbeing and Inclusion

The Senior Teacher is a senior member of the leadership team, providing educational leadership and management to implement departmental and school-based policies and programs to achieve optimal educational outcomes for students. The Senior Teacher will work collaboratively within the Nhulunbuy Primary School Leadership Team to build capacity of all staff, to identify and work towards ongoing school improvements, to achieve quality educational outcomes for students in Preschool to Year 6, with a specific focus on school wide positive behaviour, student Wellbeing and Inclusion.

The Senior Teacher should inspire students, staff and community members to optimise the learning of all students, through promoting continuous improvement
