About the role
We are currently seeking dynamic Wellbeing Team Members to join us at our Murray Bridge facility. The individuals will be self-motivated with a genuine interest and ability to make a difference in the lives of our residents, which enables individual choice and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the provision of professional high quality wellbeing program within the services aimed at optimising health and wellbeing outcomes for residents
- Ensuring programs are developed to enrich the lives of individuals and their families through leisure, lifestyle, learning & spiritual activities
- Encouraging residents’ involvement, ownership, and initiative in developing and maintaining interests
- Creating a home like environment for residents within their accommodation
- Be a role model within your team demonstrating high levels of care service, competency, and resident focus
About You
- Certificate IV in Lifestyle, Health and Leisure or Allied Health Assistant; or working towards or Cert III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
- Demonstrated experience and a passion for working in Aged Care.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including Booster shot) and 2023 Seasonal Influenza vaccination
- NDIS Clearance (or willing to obtain one)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Appreciation and acceptance of diverse cultures and lifestyles
