Thrive Group Tasmania is a not-for-profit organisation governed by a volunteer Board. We have been providing education and care for children from birth to 13 years for over 40 years. We offer families a wide range of care options throughout Tasmania, including Family Day Care, Early Learning and Care and Outside School Hours Care.

Imagine working with us
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced educator to run our Riverside Outside School Hours Care program, including School holiday Care and After School Care. In this role, you will have the opportunity to have an impact on the lives of the children in the surrounding area by providing quality leisure and play program.
The position includes 20 - 25 hours per week during the term and the option of working up to Full time hours over the school holidays.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
A minimum of Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent or other Child focused qualification
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in the Education and care sector
Hold a Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People’s Registration
Confident in the use of a variety of ICT
A current first aid Certificate or the ability to attain one.
