Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Trainer Assessor to join our team in New South Wales. This role, initially offered on a contract/casual basis, has the potential to transition into a permanent position with leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering competency training in the Mining, Construction, and Rail Industries, representing Onsite Training within the region.
Responsibilities:
Deliver competency training on mine sites, focusing on Mining, Construction, and Rail Industries.
Represent Onsite Training within the New South Wales region, promoting our services to both new and existing customers.
Conduct Induction, Supervisor, and First Aid Training.
Deliver Quality Training to Tier 1 Businesses (e.g., BHP, Anglo).
Maintain professionalism, handle client queries, and conduct meetings with customers.
Deliver TAE products as part of our comprehensive training approach.
Qualifications and Skills:
A learner mindset with a commitment to a long-term career.
Experience in delivering training in the resources sector.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Standard 11 (Desirable).
Supervisor Competencies (S123 & G2) (Desirable).
Other Operational Competencies (Desirable).
Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116).
Diploma in Vocational Education Training (Desirable).
Experience in training groups.
Location Options:
Work-from-Home (WFH): This role offers the flexibility of working remotely from your home in New South Wales.
Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO): For those who prefer on-site presence, there is an option for FIFO arrangements.
