We are a small family-owned business with extensive experience in repairing a wide range of appliances, including dishwashers, washing machines , Refrigerators, oven and cooktops. Our expertise also extends to air-conditioning and refrigeration services. As we are expanding, we now require Appliance repair Technicians to join our small team who willing to work around Greater Brisbane suburbs. We are looking for someone who is a team player, a fun-loving person, willing to learn, share skills and knowledge and grow together. Qualifications & experience
- Certificate III or equivalent with necessary work licenses.
- 2+ years of Appliance repair experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with basic computer programs & working knowledge of testing and repair tools and equipment.
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to lift up to 25kg.
- Work Flexible schedule as required
- Valid driver's license
- Restricted Electrical License
- Full work rights in Australia
Tasks & responsibilities
- Examining customers’ appliances and identifying the cause of appliance breakdowns
- Performing maintenance work on customers’ appliances
- Providing rough estimates to customers regarding the cost to repair damaged or malfunctioning appliances.
