CAMILLA is on the hunt to find an eager and passionate Wholesale Account Executive to join the Wholesale Tribe as we focus and accelerate on our global expansion path.

In a newly created role, the Wholesale Account Executive will be responsible for delivering the Revenue and profitability targets for the EMEA region. This role will help develop and execute business strategies that result in the Camilla Brand meeting not only its financial targets but reach the Brand representation benchmarks.

So, what will our Wholesale Executive be doing on a day-to-day basis?

  • Execute the EMEA (and agreed surrounding regions, distributors and agents) growth strategy aligned with Camilla’s overarching Global expansion strategy. Strategy must encompass financial, Brand, Product, Distribution, Existing and New business considerations.
  • Work closely with VP of Sales to develop seasonal territory and individual account revenue/GP plans that meet our Wholesale targets.
  • Understand and assist the Vp of Sales to ensure the EMEA Sales process of Sell Campaigns, Key customer sales and service initiatives can facilitate Revenue/GP and cost targets.
  • Ensure ongoing, open communication with accounts that result in superior customer service experience (both account and end use Retail customer), identification of new opportunities and favourable financial outcomes.
  • Execute clear after sale strategies to improve sell thru and customer experience within the stockist environment, including but not limited to: visual merchandising, sales staff support, product knowledge, promotional/PR opportunities.
  • Where appropriate Conduct pre-sales strategy meeting with Majors and multi brand retailers to discuss Brand Distribution Strategy/Opportunity in each territory.
  • Ongoing and consistent review and management of existing and New accounts to ensure appropriates of Brand alignment and in line with the overarching distribution and expansion strategy.
  • Annual sell campaign strategy ensuring alignment with Brand distribution targets, budgeted costs and on brand presentation.
  • Understand and communicate to team, timelines, processes, and accurate data entry that results in on time and in full delivery of product to customer.
  • Review and prepare end of season summary reportage for the EMEA regions and communicate to the VP of Sales, to assist in product and marketing decisions.

What are we looking for in our new Wholesale Account Executive?

  • Minimum 3-5 years Wholesale Account experience within the mid-luxury fashion industry
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of Retail Math
  • Experience in JOOR
  • Experience in NetSuite is an advantage
  • Impeccable communication style, both verbal and written
  • A strong analytical approach to budgets and forecasting
  • Understanding the geographical territory
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to story tell
