About the role:
The WHS & Return to Work Coordinator works as part of the team to promote and support the highest standards of work health and safety across Kalyra and ensure compliance with all relevant WHS and self-insurance regulatory requirements, legislation and standards.
The coordinator will lead, facilitate, and implement Kalyra’s Safety Management System, Injury Management (Return to Work) program, contribute to Business Continuity and Emergency Management Plans whilst partnering with the business to ensure success and a proactive approach to safety remains front of mind at all times.

We are looking for someone who has experience working in a self insurance environment and can demonstrate their experience in WHS and RTW programs and ideally you'll also have knowledge of the Aged Care industry. You'll have a wealth of knowledge in legal processes for WHS compliance, workers compensation law and self insurance standards and you'll be supportive of Kalyra and it's people to ensure thorough education around WHS and injury management is in place to ensure our people can work safely and effectively. You'll also need:
- National Police Check relating to Aged Care
- 3 x covid vaccinations
- Annual influenza vaccination
- Drivers licence
