This is a well-regarded and highly reputable firm who have two beautiful offices located across Melbourne. You will be joining a Wills and Estates team made up of around 20 skilled practitioners. This team includes a range of Principals, Accredited Specialists, Senior Associates, Associates and Lawyers. They have a large legal support team in operation; providing exceptional assistance to help you thrive in your role.
You will have the opportunity to work across both offices, and will be working collaboratively with your peers on complex and stimulating matters. They have lots of interesting work coming through, and are currently in a growth phase of their team. You will become an invaluable member of a team that is forward thinking and expanding in this field.
The Opportunity
This opportunity will see you expand your skillset and grow your technical abilities. You will have a focus on Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Estate Litigation, and more. You will work on VCAT matters along with Court Appointed Administrator matters. The work is interesting, and there are plenty of matters to keep you busy consistently. This type of work will give you amazing opportunities to develop your skills with the guidance and mentorship from senior practitioners.
You will be supported by a number of Accredited Specialists and Practitioners who have been recognised by Doyle’s Guide as Leading Lawyers within Wills and Estates. This environment will provide you with invaluable experience that will stay with you for the rest of your career!
