HFM Legal is an established law firm with offices in Maddington, Mount Lawley, Denmark and Broome.

Experience

Not less than 2 years PAE practicing in Wills and Estates.

Remuneration and benefits

$100,000 pa to $125,000 pa plus SGC based on experience

Generous bonuses.

Description

We wish to employ a legal practitioner with experience in all areas of estate planning and administration. The successful applicant’s key duties and responsibilities will include: preparation of Wills, EPOA’s and EPOG’s, preparation of grants of representation, complete estate administration and advice and representation in relation to claims against estates.

Desirable

1. Experience using Filepro;
2. Experience with time billing;
