As a Wireline Crew Chief, you will be able to learn and develop your knowledge and gain valuable technical insight. You will be guided by an experienced team who will mentor you to understand wellsite problems and how to develop resolutions.
Salary Range: AUD 77,000 - 97,000 / Per-annum
As a Wireline Crew Chief - Wireline Services, you will be responsible for:
Safely delivering an array wireline services in an offshore environment, under the supervision of a Wireline Engineer
Working directly with clients wellsite supervisor offshore to deliver wireline objectives in a safe and efficient manner
Being responsible for the safe operation of Wireline Surface pressure control equipment and supporting the safe deployment of ballistic operations as required
Carrying out advanced duties at the wellsite for the routine work as per the instructions received
Performing tool maintenance and job site supervision of wireline operators and maintaining a high level of safety awareness.
Maintaining records and communications as required by the Service Delivery Coordinator

To be successful in this role you will:
Have at least 10 years of relevant working experience in offshore wireline operations, specifically with Rigless or Hydraulic Workover unit
Demonstrated leadership experience in a wireline team
Hold a high degree of competency in preparation and operation of Wireline Surface Pressure Control Equipment
Be a team player and display good communication skills
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers
Have ability to organize, assess, prioritize tasks, milestones and deliverable
Be available to join our team quickly and to work in Australia without the need for a visa
